An evening at Restaurant Aaveq
Welcome to Restaurant Aaveq – a new gastronomic experience in the heart of Nuuk.
Here you are invited not just to dinner, but to an entire evening, where taste, story and atmosphere merge into one complete experience.
When the doors open at 6:30 PM, all guests are welcomed with a glass of bubbles and an appetizer. After that, we will take you – along with the rest of the party – on a journey through seven courses, where each course tells its own story about Greenland's nature, traditions and ingredients.
The evening will end around 11:00 PM, when we say thank you for tonight – hopefully with a smile on our face and new taste impressions in our memory.
Aaveq is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday

The concept
At Restaurant Aaveq we want to give our guests an experience that has never been seen before in Greenland.
When you visit us, you don't just buy a meal - you enter an evening filled with flavor, atmosphere and presence.
Our cuisine is based on the fantastic, local Greenlandic ingredients, which we allow to emerge to their full potential.
We want to show what a treasure trove Greenland holds – at a level that both surprises and impresses.
